Endeva’s Christina Tewes-Gradl and Anna Peters, along with Susanne Dorasil from the BMZ, will be presenting our latest report, “Inclusive Business Policies – How Governments Can Engage Companies in Meeting Development Goals” at an event on May 15 from 4-6pm.
Inclusive business policies can enable and encourage companies to include poor people in their value chains, and empower those in low-income markets to engage with companies. This study introduces policy options for supporting inclusive business activities and shows how policies can best be implemented. It is a toolbox to help support the range of options available, based on 158 examples, and profiles 11 concrete policy instruments. Additionally, four detailed case studies are used to show critical success factors. After the presentation of the study by co-authors Anna Peters and Christina Tewes-Gradl, they will be joined on the panel by Prof. Anke Hassel (Hertie School), Susanne Dorasil (BMZ), an inclusive business entrepreneur and an ambassador from Africa (tbd).
The event is free of charge. To register, please send your name and organization to firstname.lastname@example.org.
