Nadine is a graduate of Business and Development Studies at the Copenhagen Business School, and passionate about social entrepreneurship & inclusive business models, and curious about development financing. In her thesis she investigated the impact of institutions such as regulations and networks on the acquisition of financing by Peruvian coffee cooperatives, building on her previous experience in the Peruvian micro-/ and meso-finance sector.
At Endeva, Nadine has been part of several research projects concerning businesses which transform the local health sector and the replication of successful inclusive business models. Combining her business and international development knowledge, she currently works as a manager at Engineers without Borders Germany.
Prior to that, Nadine was actively engaged in the social business consultancy “180 Degrees Consulting”. In her role as Vice-President of the Copenhagen Branch she organized and led a consulting project in Sierra Leone and represented the organization at the Social Enterprise World Forum in Rio de Janeiro in 2012.
