ProjectCoaching social entrepreneurs in an online bootcamp
Designing business models for low-income groups is challenging and social entrepreneurs need to consider many specific parameters to create a successful company.
IB Accelerator and Endeva offered an online bootcamp for social entrepreneurs on inclusive business model design. It took them through modules in which they got access to the latest insights on business modelling, designing the interface with the target group, modelling the revenue model and scaling the business idea.
They had the chance to strengthen their capabilities and use a variety of tools to develop their own business idea into a business model.
The online bootcamp was structured in 4 modules and ran over a 4-week period. Each module consisted of videos, background reading material and an assignment. Experts from Endeva and IB Accelerator answered questions in the online forum and provided feedback on assignments at the end of the bootcamp.
