Sandy is a research analyst at endeva, supporting project managers and directors with qualitative research for a wide range of projects that tackle development challenges in low- and middle-income countries. She also supports the design and implementation of new systems change initiatives. Her research has contributed to projects focusing on entrepreneurship promotion & youth employment in Africa, M&E systems, and replicating inclusive business models through public-private collaborations.
Sandy holds a double degree in Business Administration (MSc) from the University of Passau, Germany, and the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India, where she attended subjects on international development and BoP markets. She wrote her master’s thesis on CSR and the role of the pharmaceutical companies in alleviating poverty.
