I love to work with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds and expertise to imagine and co-create better and fairer economic systems, for a world that meets every person's needs with the limits of the planet.

Eleonora is an Analyst at Endeva. She holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics at LUISS University and Master of Science in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Innovation at ESCP Business School, where she specialised in sustainability, entrepreneurial ecosystems and flourishing business models.

Driven by a genuine interest in systems change and systems innovation, Eleonora believes in the possibility of creating a fairer world for all, not only through private sector development and inclusive business practices but also through collaborative efforts and the building of trustworthy partnerships.

At Endeva, she currently provides support in research, coordination and content creation on two projects in the agri-food space. One in collaboration with the United Nations ESCAP, focused on providing Inclusive Business coaching to companies in India and Viet Nam, and one focused on promoting quality food fortification of staple foods in Asia and Africa.
