Tatiana has around 10 years’ experience in sustainability, inclusive business, private sector engagement and cross-sector partnerships. She brings sustainable development and partnership building expertise from organizations such as the UN Development Programme’s Business Call to Action, Business Fights Poverty and Business Council for Peace where she supported growing enterprises in conflict affected areas.

Prior to Endeva, Tatiana’s work focused on creating knowledge and best practices for businesses, non-profits, donors and development organizations in the areas of including growth, cross-sector collaboration and impact creation. In her role as the Knowledge and Partnerships Lead for Business Call to Action, Tatiana supported inclusive business companies by providing them with the essential knowledge, linkages, and assistance with business models to help them scale up, replicate, and improve the effectiveness of their inclusive business initiatives in developing markets.

Tatiana’s authorship in inclusive business includes publications on climate change, agriculture, sustainable energy, low-income housing, collaboration, pro-poor policy, SDGs and various case studies. A native of Kazakhstan, Tatiana speaks Russian and Spanish languages. She received her MSc degree in Global Affairs from New York University and holds BA degree in Political Science with a focus on developing countries from the University of California, San Diego.
