In over 7 years at Endeva, Christian has managed and led more than 30 projects on innovation systems, inclusive business and entrepreneurship promotion, including several publications, trainings and workshops. He is especially passionate about facilitating market transformation processes with partners from the private and public sector.
Between 2017 and 2018, Christian worked at UNDP’s Regional Service Centre for Africa in Ethiopia. As part of the private sector team, he designed and implemented three ecosystem initiatives to strengthen inclusive businesses in Lesotho, Senegal and Uganda.
As part of the Endeva team, Christian is responsible for recruiting and managing our freelancer network. He is always looking for experts that bring new perspectives to the company, be it by having a specific sector expertise or a tech-solution.
Before joining Endeva, Christian worked for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Brazil, where he focused on community-based adaptation to climate change and disaster risk-reduction. He has a background in political science and graduated from the Centre for Rural Development (SLE), a postgraduate program on international development.
