The book will be the first practical guide in German and English for anyone who wants to actively shape social transformation. It shows how complex challenges can be solved through targeted collaboration in networks, with clear steps, lively case studies and tried-and-tested methods of system innovation
This is no ordinary book; it’s a collaborative journey. We’re inviting you – our community of changemakers, practitioners, funders, and curious minds – to co-create each chapter with us. Whether you’re navigating policy change, working in communities, or rethinking systems in your organization, we would love for your voice to shape this work.
How it Works
We are publishing draft chapters as we write them on our Substack: system-innovation.net.
Each post is open for feedback via comments or email. We’re especially eager to hear:
- What resonates with or challenges you
- Stories about your experience in the space
- Which tools and stories you’d like more of
