For the first time, Bayer Foundation is launching a Women Empowerment Award. The award empowers women as key change makers and helps female entrepreneurs generate social impact in Sub-Saharan Africa. The award includes 25,000 EUR in cash plus an a 24-week growth accelerator.

The growth accelerator is implemented by the Academy for Corporate Entrepreneurship and Endeva. We are providing training and individual coaching on how to unblock issues in the ecosystem and unlock growth with new partners.
